  • abdominal massage

    treatment focused on the abdomen geared towards lymphatic drainage, digestion and musculoskeletal abdominal pain. great for cramps & pelvic pain.

  • lymphatic drainage

    gentle lymphatic stimulation focused on reducing pain and swelling. option to add dry heat or cold hydrotherapy for added relaxation.

  • TMJ facial massage

    dealing with tension headaches, jaw soreness, trouble with jaw range of motion? this may help! massage geared towards the temporomandibular joint, neck and scalp. treatment can be performed only externally or intraoral massage can be done as well based on patient comfort. option to add essential oils to your scalp massage for added relaxation.

private 1:1 tutoring/OSCE prep

open to current massage therapy students/recent grads preparing to take their registration exams

educational focus on: muscular anatomy, special orthopedic assessment, remedial exercise, presentation performance & public speaking

all tutoring/OSCE prep clients must book a free 15 min discovery call (via zoom) prior to booking

available as single sessions (60 mins) or packages to best suit your needs

can be done over zoom or in person (North York)
